"It was a quite place except for the walls that are so thin. You can here people snoring in the other room. Keep the ac fan going to muffled the noise from the outside. "I just love it here. I stay in hotels a lot. I do most of my work in my room and it’s so nice to finally have secure WiFi. It’s great to be able to do laundry and to stock a regular sized fridge. Knowing a couple is hosting is comforting to me. I’m sure there are other women and seniors traveling alone who feel the same plus staying in a guest house means help is close by, if needed. "Wonderful place to stay away from the Dallas traffic, but close to amenities, restaurants of north Dallas area. 10 minute drive into Frisco. "We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

"This was such a wonderful stay. Ted and Jackie were the nicest and most accommodating owners I've had the pleasure of working with on Vrbo so far. The house is a guest house that shares the property of the owners main house, but we would have never known they were there once we checked in. "We had a great weekend celebrating our son’s birthday with all of our family! The house had the perfect amount of bedrooms and space indoors and the back patio and pool/hot tub was a total hit with our kids and grandkids! The host was excellent communicator when we were needing assistance with the hot tub! Overall a fantastic place to stay! "
