"This was the perfect spot for a gathering that included family ages 14 to 75. The kitchen allowed for cooking and socializing without feeling crowded and the game room was great fun for all! Back yard fire table allowed us to sit outside on a cool evening and every area of the home felt spacious - inside and out. The real stars of the visit were the alpacas and we were able to feed them the afternoon we arrived and get to know their personalities. They are wonderful!!We selected this VRBO...

"Trophy house is a very cool place for a guy or a couple. As a 65 yr old woman alone it was kinda spooky. It’s connected to a big house that was empty and above a sort of reception hall, also empty. Across the driveway/parking space is a half built structure that looks like it’s going to stay that way. The pool is (or was for me in mid June) murky, algae, old and not useable. "Heather was so accommodating for the dates we needed for my son’s wedding. We traveled all the way from CT. The detail in the decor made us feel right at home and very comfortable. You can see the time and effort Heather puts into the home. It was so clean and well stocked. The house was perfection!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! "

"The property is beautiful, location was perfect for visiting our daughter at UNT and the bed was very comfy. We enjoyed family time and s’mores around the fire pit. Melissa makes a mean breakfast sandwich that was the bomb! She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. "

"I had a wonderful week-long stay at this farmhouse in McKinney. The house sits on almost 80 acres of beautiful pastures with around 30 cows and bulls (my count at the time) roaming freely in them. Kali the cat roams in and out of the house and is very affectionate and friendly. It’s a great place to enjoy nature, and yet downtown McKinney is a short drive (10-15 minutes) away. I would certainly stay here again."

"We stayed here to have room for our family to be together while visiting relatives in Gunter, Tx. This lovely home has a good amount of space and a big, beautiful kitchen. It is a little hard to find in the dark but worth the effort."
