"First time we have stayed at the hotel and it’s safe to say we were not disappointed. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming and the hotel’s facilities are excellent. The breakfast is really good and there is plenty to choose from, also the free secure parking is excellent and an added bonus. The restaurant is excellent and they have some great offers on for residents, the hotel offered a New Year’s Eve party special which was a 3 course meal with a glass of Prosecco and was very well priced. Chester city centre is a 5 minute walk which is ideal and if you walk along the canal path there’s a great pub 3 minutes away called the Harkers Arms. We enjoyed the hotel that much we have already booked for New Year’s Eve this year and we can recommend this hotel highly. Also our room was cleaned every day with the towels replaced every day, all together we had a fantastic 3 nights and the staff were first class."

"Matthew was on Reception again this Christmas when I arrived on Christmas Eve - he was so kind and helpful to me, as I was in a complete state having left my case in London!! Great service from him and the room service chap. Im afraid i left without tipping, to my regret. I hope to see you again next Christmas (in a calmer state!) when i will rectify. "

"This was a one night stay on New Year’s Eve. As anticipated with this brand everything was up to standard. No complaints with the hotel or staff. Only negative point was the car parking charge of £13 and no public/shuttle service to the airport. Taxi would have been £30 round trip, without a car. Both above points are outside the hotels control. Otherwise very enjoyable."
