"Clean comfortable and quiet, with plenty of parking. Stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned and replenished each day. Staff were friendly and cooked a lovely breakfast. Would have given 5 stars but the bathroom lacked a stool or any surface to place clothes. Outside step is very deep. A half step would make the entrance and exit safer especially for older guests."

"The hotel was in a great location - it was basically across the street from the Royal Navy museum and ships, the bus and train station, and Gunwharf Quays. We had a nice breakfast in the morning and the bar had a cozy seating area. The negatives were a terrible mattress on the bed in room 19, which was up or down stairs from a floor that the lift went to, so not great when you are dragging large suitcases.
