"We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the hotel to celebrate our friend’s 60th birthday. Everything was perfect. Stunning location, helpful staff, immaculately clean throughout and superb breakfast. On the first night the staff went out of their way to seat us in our own private room for dinner. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a peaceful stay in the countryside near to Lincoln."

"Staed one night. Greeted at reception by a lovely lady. Very informative and friendly. Room 14 was a bit dated and tired. Bed not that comfortable but huge ! Pillows ok but one too little and 2 too much. Did not sleep well. Could hear every noise from people next door. Paintwork throughout hotel could do with a refresh. Carpets very worn in places. Service and food in restaurant was very good even though they were busy."

"Excellent hotel, accommodation, staff and bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff especially with our little dog! Centrally situated. Great cocktails! Reasonable prices. The guest WiFi was a bit weak in some of the rooms, but fine in the foyer. Highly recommended."
