"the hotel was lovely the only thing that let it down was the view there wasn't any you looked out on to a brick wall also the mountains of bird Poo outside the window was disgusting so you could not open it spoke to them at reception and they said its the look of the Draw which was terrible it is a health Hazard such a shame as a nice Hotel and the Staff were amazing especially the young Dark haired girl from Yorkshire she was a joy also a good roof top Bar "

After a five hour drive we are always met with a friendly smile from the receptionist, quite often Caitlin, which automatically makes us feel welcome and lifts us from that journey. Everything is clean and comfortable and the dining experience is excellent too. All staff are friendly and cheerful making it an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you everyone we will back soon "
