"We had a very comfortable stay. The room we stayed in was quiet and it met our expectations. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent having both a shower and tub. The elevators were quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Fitness Center was open 24 hours and it was clean with lots of gym equipment options. The morning representative was exceptionally helpful and courteous, whereas the afternoon staff member appeared unhappy and struggled with decision-making. When inquiring about temporarily storing my luggage for an hour while returning the car rental and heading to the airport, she was unwilling to assist without consulting her manager, demonstrating inadequate customer relation skills and leaving the guest unsatisfied."
