"The staff are excellent and attentive. The rooms are clean and don’t stink. Bathroom is clean and showers work great with hot water at all times. You can’t beat the price. Breakfast is loaded with Eggs, Sausage, Waffles, and much more. Although the area isn’t the best - you can tell the owner and staff do their best to keep up on the cleanliness of the property. I have had no problems whatsoever and I am very critical of where I stay for longer than one night. This is easily the best hotel in Sacramento without having to pay $120 a night on top of a deposit. Highly recommended. "

"The place was exactly what we needed that night after a long day of sports in town. We had a room with all the extras that a family would like to use, from a sofa that turns into a queen bed to a separate bedroom from the living room, the divided space between the kitchen and living room. The fridge and microwave were big enough for a long stay. also, the bathroom has a nice double sink. It is perfect for traveling in a group, and the price was better for this sports season than other hotels in the area."
