Nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good (nice variety of food to choose from). Although the property was near a major roadway, it was not noticeable from the room. One very positive plus was that the laundry facilities were complimentary(but you'll need your own detergent, etc.). We have a special needs child, so daily laundry is a must. I've never experienced free laundry at any hotel we've stayed at, so this was great! The kitchen amenities in the room were basic but sufficient (it was nice they included a range top - some don't) Dishware service for four, basic cookware, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and drip coffeemaker. The one disappointment was that we booked the room for three, expecting our child would sleep on the pull out (twin-size) couch. When it was time to get ready for bed (about 10:30pm) there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. We called the front desk, and they said we could come down to the front desk to get the bedding or wait 20-30 minutes for someone to bring it up. I guess my opinion is if the room is advertised for three people and the reservation is for three people, there should be already be bedding in the room. Overall, we really liked the facilities and the room. We'll likely stay here again the next time we travel to Folsom.

Everything was great, staff, morning breakfast, cleanliness, parking. One thing that i noticed which is not a huge deal was that being the Hotel it is i would have expected there would be USB oulets for your phones, tablets, or any device that requires a USB connection to charge. I had to go to my vehicle to get my wall outlet. Other than that the family and I had a great time.

We loved our room and stay! The bed was softer compared to most of the other hotels we have stayed in previously which is why we booked this hotel originally. The amenities are amazing including the gym, pool, and the breakfast. The breakfast had an Chobani greek yogurt station with fruit topping options, hot items like scrambled eggs, pork sausages, and fried potatoes. There were bread options including bagels with name-brand jams and cream cheese, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, and mini waffles. Breakfast options are huge to us so this was great. The pool was clean and the staff were friendly. The surrounding area is full of shopping and food options. We would definitely stay here again!

First room 338 had cigarette burn in foot stool, approximately 4 inch square worn out area of carpet by door, worn furniture armrest on couch and chair, bathroom ceiling fan intake completely black, mold in shower. An air conditioner on ground floor has constant whining sound all day and all night that we could hear on third floor and was still going when we checked out. I brought all this up to daytime manager and he moved us to room 402. Much better buy average. It appears the two hotel rooms we stayed in have not been updated as furniture (couch uncomfortable) and lamp shades from the 80's. One positive note is the beds were comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.
