"Due to the size of our group, 22, we had both the Big house and the cottage. There were a number of cleanliness issues with the cottage and a problem with a door. The dishwasher in the main house didn't work and we were told by someone that "it's been needing to be replaced for a year". All in all, we had a terrific time, but a little TLC is probably in order. "This was an annual gathering of friends and former co-workers. We enjoyed the ability to cook a little, eat a lot, and spend time walking on the beach. There is no ocean view, which really is not a problem since we rarely sit and admire the view. The short walk to the beach access was perfect and the hot tub on the deck gave us a space to solve all of the issues we have ever wondered about. Thank you for sharing your space with us."

"Immaculately clean, well designed and furnished hidden beach house on Siletz Bay. Three king beds, big hot tub, nice deck and fire pit and just steps to the water. We also enjoyed the short walk along the shoreline to the Pelican Brew Pub."

"The property was great! The only drawbacks were, that you definitely get your steps in as there are soooooo many stairs between the 4 levels of the house and you have to park in the back driveway way then walk around to the front of the house to enter as you cannot park in front on the street and there aren't any stair in back where you park to enter the house from behind. Great house but not built for the elderly."

"The house had a beautiful view of the ocean. We did have a bit of an ant problem, and had to throw away some of our food. They were relentless, and the downstairs basement bedrooms had a bit of an odor but everything else was wonderful. There were a lot of stairs. "
