"Due to the size of our group, 22, we had both the Big house and the cottage. There were a number of cleanliness issues with the cottage and a problem with a door. The dishwasher in the main house didn't work and we were told by someone that "it's been needing to be replaced for a year". All in all, we had a terrific time, but a little TLC is probably in order. "

"The apartment is small, but well-equipped. Space in the entry area is available to store shoes, coats, and stuff. There are lots of windows and the upstairs has a high ceiling. It is located in a quiet, walkable residential nieghborhood. The host provided quality products in the bathroom, and coffee and tea in the kitchen. The host was very open to a suggestion I made for the kitchen."

"In what was a too short stay of two nights, a few girl friends and I stayed at this quaint and cozy property. It was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities we needed, was comfortable for hanging out and doing puzzles, and the view was gorgeous. Everything was comfy, cozy, and just perfect! "We have stayed here many times and always love the area and location of this cottage. Since there is pay to park below it’s very convenient to be so close, and good to walk off all the treats!! We had very nice weather and the day it rained we did shopping and enjoyed the stove. It makes it so cozy. We will be back many more times for sure. We call it home away from home. "

"This was an annual gathering of friends and former co-workers. We enjoyed the ability to cook a little, eat a lot, and spend time walking on the beach. There is no ocean view, which really is not a problem since we rarely sit and admire the view. The short walk to the beach access was perfect and the hot tub on the deck gave us a space to solve all of the issues we have ever wondered about. Thank you for sharing your space with us."

"The property was great! The only drawbacks were, that you definitely get your steps in as there are soooooo many stairs between the 4 levels of the house and you have to park in the back driveway way then walk around to the front of the house to enter as you cannot park in front on the street and there aren't any stair in back where you park to enter the house from behind. Great house but not built for the elderly."

"How can you not love sitting in 104 degree water while listening to the waves crash on the shore!! Beautiful property with everything you need. Spices, utensils and a BBQ.
