Our hand washing sink was broke from the moment we checked in until we left. The front office staff tried to fix but it didn’t work. We just had to wash our hands and brush our teeth using the bathtub which was very inconvenient.

Very walkable if you’re younger or in pretty good shape and if you are older there is transportation to the casino which is close by. Room was clean and comfort.

Amazing customer service at any time of the night or day. Both Shelly and Alex made the check in process so pleasant, and everyone has been so kind and helpful. The rooms and lovely and comfortable and the hotel is close to Safeway, McMenamins, outlet mall, and the Chinook Winds Casino. Highly recommend!

1 staff member Kimberly, was doing it all. I have a bad back & she gave us another room with better bed, plus 2 extra blankets to lay on top of. She was running around helping everybody. They also serve fresh cookies to the guests!

Nicely renovated, very modern. Good Continental breakfast with pleasant staff people to assist you if needed. Very clean and comfortable in all respects. I will stay again, certainly better than most other places in Lincoln City where I've stayed.

Terrible treatment by staff and manager when trying to change our trip and leave 1 day early. Couldn't print us a receipt when checked out (really?) and charged for a night we didn't even stay. Still no email or receipt like promised on original planned check out day and charges/holds are not adding up...unreal.
