"The property was great! The only drawbacks were, that you definitely get your steps in as there are soooooo many stairs between the 4 levels of the house and you have to park in the back driveway way then walk around to the front of the house to enter as you cannot park in front on the street and there aren't any stair in back where you park to enter the house from behind. Great house but not built for the elderly."

The biggest issue to deal with was the airflow throught the HVAC system was clogged with dust, debris and rodent feces in the air ducts. Secondly the garage door back entrance and door between the garage & house were not secure due to glass and rotted wood outside door with gaps which could lead to rodent entering. Third the floors and furniture were dirty and not vaccumed or cleaned. the LR...

"My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend and it could not have been more perfect. I seriously have zero complaints. The home was perfectly clean, perfectly thought out, and the aesthetic was the chef’s kiss. Would 100% stay here again if the timing and circumstances fit. "

"The house had a beautiful view of the ocean. We did have a bit of an ant problem, and had to throw away some of our food. They were relentless, and the downstairs basement bedrooms had a bit of an odor but everything else was wonderful. There were a lot of stairs. "
