"This property is in a great location, with amazing ocean views and access to the beach. We enjoyed how clean the unit was (#206). It was also nice to have a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. We would recommend that the owners consider a few things that might make guests stays better. First, there was a small number of dishes for eating on. "We had a great time at ocean front condominium! There a lot of great things that make this a great beach destination. The room was great with one of the best views and a back yard that you can relax in while enjoying one of the best views we have found in Lincoln City. We stayed in the off season so the prices were good. The Summer rates look high to me but if you have the money it is well worth it."

"Beautiful condo. Lovely view. Upon arrival building needed better directions as to which condos were in which building. Map at each stairwell would help guests not make unnecessary trips with luggage up flights of stairs. Pool and hot tub needed to be more clean and/ or chemically balanced. TV sound in unit is going bad so it buzz’s all the time. Fully equipped and clean kitchen. Lovely decor and space."
