This means they are interested to continuously improve and become better, this energy is positive. I also truly appreciated how accommodating they were with my last-minute request for a late check-out. The level of hospitality here is top-notch, and the warmth of the team really made a difference during my stay. I’d also like to highlight the hotel’s restaurant—the food was great, and I absolutely loved their home-baked pastries. You can really taste the care that goes into their kitchen. "We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."

"Best for holiday trip. hotel facilitate with great equipment/ facilities , food options and scenery. Only the bar menu next to the pool i think its way too much over price and not worth it. The orher restaurant are reasonable. "
