"Huge room with great views of the airport and the sea. The pool is great however does lack a bit of seating/pool loungers (there is a 4 or 5 seats max). But its greay seeing the planes land from the edge of the pool. Staff really friendly - they do charge you a refunable deposit when you check in - just something to he aware of."

"Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool. "

"Check-in was good and fast with such a friendly and professional staff. Room is just as requested. Only drawback is lack of switches for lighting which was replaced with digital push screen which doesn't seem to work resulting in a poorly lit room and caused inconveniences due to that. Prefer to have manual swtches for practicality."

"I stayed here for one night as I was transiting through Kota Kinabalu. The hotel kindly offer a free airport pick-up. Lovely staff, clean room, and good quality gym and pool facilities. The breakfast was pleasant. "

"Location wise - Excellent and convinient. Close to prime locations Hotel facilities - Gym and swimming opening hours is too late. Would be good if it open starting at 6am. Hotel FnB - Would be great if there is variety of Salad and bread."
