"Staff was always friendly and helpful. Staying for the Big Sur marathon, it was a nice touch to have coffee, bananas and water available at 3am already for runners heading to the bus early!!"

"Check in is at 4 and we arrived in Monterey at 11:00 am, so we went directly to the Aquarium. We had a marvelous time and then back tracked to the hotel. It was difficult to navigate due to the one way streets, and our room wasn't ready at 2:00. Staff was not particularly friendly.. So we went to Fisherman's Wharf and walked around. We got a text later and was greeted warmly on return."

"Excellent place to stay. room are very spacious and very clean. The location is very convenient in terms of proximity to the Wharf and the beach - about 6-7 minutes drive. Easy to find, easy parking and check in. Would recommend as great location to stay on Monterey. We stayed two nights whilst exploring Pacific Highway 1 and doing whale watching trip. thank you for pleasant stay."
