"We requested an early check-in prior to our stay however received no reply from the hotel. However, upon arrival the staff were willing to accommodate our request. When we went to the room the room was open with dirty bedding still in the doorway, however the room itself had been cleaned and made up and the dirty bedding quickly removed. Upgraded room

"After reporting an issue with my room, I was instantly upgraded by the very helpful staff. Because of this, I had an excellent sleep in a clean and spacious room. All staff were friendly and food was delicious. The hotel itself is located next to the town, so a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and various restaurants. If it wasn’t for the upgrade, I would have been quite disappointed with the room I received for the money been paid, so I would definitely recommend paying more for a nicer stay/room. Easy access to the train station which was also a 10 minute walk. "
