"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this...

"The photographs marketing the property are completely misleading. You go in thinking you're going somewhere amazing. You find yourself in a rundown, battered, lifeless place. We were put up in a "suite" on the first day - the room didn't have blinds or curtains, no cooling and one glass was provided for 3 people. The next day we were moved to what was called an "upgraded suite" - there was aircon in the living room, but none in the bedrooms. Same issue with curtains/blinds. We had to keep the...
