"This hotel is really great. It may look a bit tired from the outside but ince in through the doors the decoration, atmosphere and warmth of it and the staff would be hard to beat. The room we stsyed in was small but perfectly formed which was as expected due to the description when we booked and again decorated to a high standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was good."

"My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. She tried to phone but apparently couldn’t get through. I will be taking...

"A really lovely place to stay. Warm and friendly welcome, beautifully presented throughout and very comfortable and clean rooms. I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, food was cooked to perfection. "

"This hotel was fabulous. A lovely room with a fantastic view. Nothing was too much trouble for the proprietors. A lovely breakfast to start the day. We were lucky that when we got back to the hotel after our friends daughters wedding reception we were treated to live folk music in a well stocked bar. A lovely relaxing end to a delightful day"

"Perfect place to stay. Right in the city centre. The street can get noisy outside but it was very well insulated and I managed to sleep through! Bed wasn’t as comfy as I’d like but was fine for 2 nights. Great customer service at the desk too. "

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s right in the shopping area. Everything is in walking distance. It’s very clean inside, all of the amenities made me feel as though I was at home. Modern apartment. The staff were really nice, specifically Jack. Parking was very convenient, I never actually needed my car as we walked everytwjere. I will always stay here whenever I come to Liverpool. I would highly recommend this place. "

"We had the most amazing stay at The Titanic hotel back in Feb. We stayed midweek and had a great time. The room was massive and the bed so comfortable! Spacious bathroom with ‘his & here’ double sink. Large shower and bath. We paid extra to use the spa facilities however didn’t really rate this. Felt it was a little bit overbooked for the amount of space available. Would definitely stay again and recommend the Titanic hotel to others but wouldn’t visit the spa again."

" I had an excellent stay at The Halyard Liverpool from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with hot chocolate and rum at reception—a thoughtful and unique touch that set the tone for a fantastic experience. The room was perfect—spacious, with the ideal temperature and top-notch facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with luxurious bed linen and pillows that made for a wonderful night’s sleep. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom amenities were outstanding—the shower gel and shampoo were the best I’ve ever used, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. Overall, The Halyard Liverpool exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Liverpool. I can’t wait to return!"
