"Just returned from an overnight stay at the Lucena with my partner and toddler. Arrived early and asked if we could leave our cases but we were able to check in straight away. We had room number 3 which was a double bed and bunk bed room. We had more than enough room for us all. The beds were really comfy which was definitely needed after countless walks up and down to see the illuminations and the kettle in the room was very welcomed. Hotel was in a great location and close to the attractions...

"Stay was Lovely! Staff were lovely and very chatty! Room was just right but needed a little bit of TLC, didn't bother us but im sure people out there will complain about it. Breakfast was exceptional and also food menu was unreal! If you dont mind a little walk into town then this place is great! Owners couldn't do enough for you if you needed them too"

"Most plugs in room not working. No remote for TV. If the plugs were working it was only for a certain amount of time. We had 2 rooms, in 1 room shower had very little water pressure and in the other it wasnt working at all. Window in 1 room was broken so could not be closed. No heating in 1 room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the duvets werent the best. No locks on bathroom doors"
