"We stayed here as a couple but also as part of a larger family group, including my niece and nephew (12 and 8 respectively). Our room was the Illingworth room. It was huge, facing out across the road to the lovely old church. Road noise was minimal and the bed extremely comfy with good pillows which were not too soft, perfect for us. We slept well. "10 out of 10 there was nothing you could fault. The area is amazing with beautiful scenery. The hotel is stunning. Upon arrival the staff were warm and friendly and this continued through the whole weekend. The room was huge with a massive bed. Clean and a great welcome tray with drinks and biscuits water and more. The shower was amazing overhead shower and the cleanliness perfect. The food is tasty and plentiful piping hot and delicious.
