"This is the third time I have stayed at the Ripon Inn this year. The renovation and decoration are excellent. The standard of the public spaces and bedrooms are superb. Breakfast is also excellent. A couple of grumbles, some of the staff need to be smarter and friendly. Also the best offers (inclusion of dinner vouchers included within the price), are straight from their own website, hotels.com don’t match them. "
