"The condo unit faces the boat dock harbor of Lake Norman by I-77 Davidson Griffith St. Exit. It is a cute, small 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1 closet unit near the Davidson College exit. The kitchen was tiny, underequipped, no knife set or spices other than salt and pepper. ."

"My friend and I stayed one night at “Sunny Daze” as we were in the area visiting The Depot at Gibson Mill on an antique hunt. The space was small, cute, and quaint! Perfect for our one night stay! We really liked that the main entry was a coded lock as well as the room coded lock which made us feel nice and safe. The area had a great pizza pub that was in walking distance that we really enjoyed. We Would definitely stay again if traveling in the area ! "

The views of the lake are breathtaking, and the condo itself is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. "Everything about our stay was amazing starting with the communication with the owner. Immediately responsive throughout our stay with all the answers to questions and great recommendations for the area. The condo is perfectly appointed with great amenities to make a fantastic stay. The best of which are the views from the two balconies.
