"Knowing nothing about the city, I was thrilled with the location of this charming apartment. We left our town temporarily after Helene, and it was great to park the car and walk to all the coffee shops and restaurants. The host made it easy to arrive; the info and keys we needed were right where he said. The decor and arrangements are accurate reflected by the photos in the listing. We stayed a week, worked remotely, and felt pleased with the stay."

"We just loved our 16 days here. Marza and Reid are incredible hosts. The apartment was very cleaned, very good size, great king size bed, lots of hot water for a shower/bath . I cooked almost every night so kitchen had everything we needed. We had Thanksgiving holiday here. I loved walking in the nice neighborhood and could walk to see Lake Norman. I loved the small touches of a starter of coffee, a bottle of wine and some small candy treats. They really pay attention to detail. Just loved it. "

"This place had all of the convenience of home and then some. Beautiful sun room that overlooks the pool area and river. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating. "We rented a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious. The location was also great, with dining options close by. It was very quiet and we felt safe the entire time. The only issue we had was the water pressure was very low in the showers. The cleanliness was ok, the refrigerator was a bit dirty and there was hair on the sheets in the beds. The washing machine also didnt work while we were there, but they were very fast in assisting us. Overall I would definitely stay there again. "
