"Despite being in a neighborhood, we were surprised how quiet and private this felt! The big, play yard was great, the kayak was fun to take out fishing. Lots of little details were considered and communication with Carolina was wonderful. She was prompt and gracious with any questions or needs we had. The only disappointment was the lake was low so we couldn’t fish from the dock which was something we were hoping for (not at all the hosts fault, just a factor in the season we came to stay)....

"We went to the lake with our whole family, 4 households in total. We had the best time of our lives. The house is everything it’s advertised, super clean, comfy and lots of room. The beach and dock area is where we spent most of our time and is so private and fun! We rented a boat which was a must and spent hours boating and tubing. "This was a 5+ star property- clean, beautiful views, comfortable accommodations- could have used one additional bathroom upstairs so 4 adults did not have to share. 4 stars are due to the construction on a new-build next door. Work started at 7AM and continued until 6PM. The house shared a driveway so there was frequent construction traffic and people parking in the driveway. This is clearly temporary but distracted from otherwise wonderful Thanksgiving family reunion."

"There are motion sensor lights that sit right by the hot tub, which cannot be turned off and thus constantly turn on and off. It attracted bugs and was annoying. The owner said there is switch under the lights, but that only changed settings and did not have an on/off switch. We collected several big package deliveries during our stay and stored them. "The Lake house was a blast to stay at. it was really nice not being directly in the city, though heads up there is a little drive to get to anything major (we liked this). The kids LOVED the billiard room and we all enjoyed the Hot tub. The couple issues we had were answered promptly by the host including the later hours questions. THANK YOU!!! The house is great for a large family to get together and enjoy time away from a big city but still be able to go do things if wanted!"
