"I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff were so incredibly friendly, it was easily accessible from the city centre by the number 7, 14 or 11 buses and it’s quiet. The bed was super comfy and all other amenities were excellent. I was pretty jet lagged so I appreciated coming to this quiet area and resting. Thank you for everything and I will for sure be back!"

"Lovely big spacious clean room. The hotel is ideally located near the Haymarket train station, 2minute walk. Excellent transport into the city centre. There are lots of lovely restaurants near the hotel too. All the people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good in a nice airy room. "

"The Guesthouse looked new or it has been recently refurbished. Very powerful shower with a lot of water pressure, which I liked. Comfy bed and good size room and bathroom. The location is convenient and there are lots of bus connection links to the centre, which is not far anyway, someone could also walk if they fancy it! Only downside it was the complete lack of responses from the hosts that I tried to contact repeatedly beforehand. Even Expedia tried to contact them unsuccessfully. This should...

"Based on previous comments I was concerned about the self check in but that was all fine. O only problem was the airline didn't deliver my luggage and since there was no front desk they couldn't deliver so I had to go back to the airport. The service was rated so poorly because there was none. The owner sent an email to see if everything was alright but when I responded it indicated it was undeliverable to sender!? Great location"

"Absoloutley Amazing stay and a beautiful guest house with a great Host and couple were very friendly and welcoming ..made me feel very comfortable ..great to talk to and easy to be around..the tartan room was amazing and very comfortable with all the ameneties and own bathroom i would definatley recommend this guest house to anyone and i didnt want to leave and will be re visiting "
