"We had a lovely stay here! The owner is very kind & let us keep our rental car parked on the property after we checked out so we did not have to find street parking. It’s easy to walk to the city and very clean and cozy! Would stay here again. "

"The manager there was incredibly friendly, the kitchen was clean and full of coffee, tea, and muffins. Not the most amazing location but has a tram stop to central Edinburgh a 2 minute walk away. Definitely would stay here again "

"Such a lovely stay in this beautiful guest hotel! It had such a lovely home feeling. Very budget friendly and walkable distance to the city. If I were to make any suggestion I would say it would have been helpful to have a mini refrigerator with a microwave for meals. "

Overall the stay was nice, the only thing that made me not give them 5/5 is that we booked a triple room, upon arriving to the room only 2 bath towels where found, and even tho we asked for an extra towel through Expedia chat nobody provided it.
