"Everything was perfect about this property. It was in a great location, bus stop literally at the door. On street parking without issue. The premises themselves were lovely. Very spacious, tasteful but modern interior with comfortable beds & a very flash bathroom (in our family room). We also had a beautiful view of the golf course and racecourse to wake up to. "Antler Guest House was ideally located for our weekend stay in Leith. The No. 11 bus put us practically at the door and having the tram nearby was great. There are loads of places to eat and drink nearby. We liked the Brunswick Book Club with its heated outside terrace and La Casa (although the latter isn’t ideal for people with hearing difficulties - all hard surfaces means it’s incredibly noisy, but the food was very nice). "Amazing bed and breakfast in a perfect location for us, for attending Fringe Festival, with bus stop directly outside and regularly buses. We received a very friendly welcome and our room was a good size with very comfortable big beds, tv, tea and coffee facilities which were renewed each day, plenty of towels, and complimentary slippers with a lovely view overlooking a park. "Tom and Rowena are gorgeous hosts in this beautiful place in Leith. The breakfast options are aplenty, on top of a good small buffet of fruit, yoghurt and cold cuts. Our room was comfortable, clean and homely. The only downside was the bathroom and toilet were kinda tiny so just take it into account if you need more space. Would definitely stay again 10/10 recommend this to others - as it's within 3 minutes' walk of at least 3 different bus routes."
