"Everything was perfect about this property. It was in a great location, bus stop literally at the door. On street parking without issue. The premises themselves were lovely. Very spacious, tasteful but modern interior with comfortable beds & a very flash bathroom (in our family room). We also had a beautiful view of the golf course and racecourse to wake up to. "Tom and Rowena are gorgeous hosts in this beautiful place in Leith. The breakfast options are aplenty, on top of a good small buffet of fruit, yoghurt and cold cuts. Our room was comfortable, clean and homely. The only downside was the bathroom and toilet were kinda tiny so just take it into account if you need more space. Would definitely stay again 10/10 recommend this to others - as it's within 3 minutes' walk of at least 3 different bus routes."
