"The decor of the cottage was stunning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade. A few minor tweaks needed to make this a top class stay. Hairdryer and remote control not working correctly - both need replaced. Sofa was not very comfortable cushions were flat and worn. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. "

"When we arrived the check in process was very easy. The cottage itself was very clean and warm. Bed was comfortable and two bathrooms which is great of you stay with a whole family. If you want to use the hot tub make sure to tell the owners immediately once you book. I told them a week before arriving and had had to ask twice to be able to use it. We could see in the guest book other people had been greeted with welcome basket. We didn’t. Would also been great if there were a welcome letter...

"The apartment is very nice and functional. The location is great. Our only negative was that there is not a lot of closet space in the bedrooms. But overall, this place was a great value. The group was my wife and I, plus our two adult sons. I would stay here again, but perhaps with three adults instead of four. "

"This is a very nice property ideal for a large family or maybe 3 couples. Three fishermen cottages from the mid-1700s have been converted to make this spectacular house with incredible views over the Firth of Forth. It has been tastefully renovated and is well equipped. We were there with 7 people, two children 4 & 7, one young adult, and two couples. It worked very well for us. The only slightly negative thing I had to say was the loft room has a toilet but no shower and the kitchen area was...

"Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips."
