"Lovely hotel, extremely nice and clean, didn't know they had daily house keeping so was pleasantly surprsied when coming back from a long day that the room and been cleaned. Would book again if I had to. Only drawback was lack of parking though the station nearby had €1/€1.50 hourly rate but adds up for long periods of time."

"Great location right on the harbor beach and a central plaza. This can make it loud at night, but the views make up for it. Small bathroom with minimal towels."

"We enjoyed our stay in Riomaggorie and Cinque Terre. This is such a great place to stay. We choose a bigger room that had a third bed, and we had great views of the water. The owners are very nice. While it does not include breakfast, there are groceries nearby to buy food. They have coffee and tea in the room. Will be back. "

"This property was wonderful! Couple of things to note about Riomaggiore and Cinque Terre- there are lots of steps/stairs everywhere. This was fine for me but I could imagine others having difficulties getting around the area. Back to the property- the host met us at the train station and our room was ready early which was awesome for us after a day of travel. Amazing views of the ocean from the room. The host was available by text all day and he stored our luggage for us after checkout. Would...

"A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive. "

"Hotel is easy to find if you read reviews. Please note reception is located on 1st floor and hotel itself is on 5th floor. Rooms are nice and cosy. Not big but big enough for us as a couple. Bed is big enough and really good for sleeping. Bathroom is in the room so you don't have to share with others. Towels and shower gel/soap provided. Rooms are cleaned daily. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

"Near to the train station, if anyone wants to spend a night or two at La Spezia on a budget this place is hard to beat. Clean and neat, staff is only on property up to 2:00 pm, so if you arrive later than that you must follow the instructions they will send to your Whatsapp. I did, not a big deal, everything was straightforward. "
