Clean and neat, staff is only on property up to 2:00 pm, so if you arrive later than that you must follow the instructions they will send to your Whatsapp. I did, not a big deal, everything was straightforward. "La scelta di trascorrere una breve vacanza in questa struttura si è rivelata azzeccatissima. La camera ed il bagno privato sono spaziosi, arredati con gusto e , cosa per me molto importante, pulitissimi !!! A disposizione degli ospiti tutto l'occorrente per preparare caffè e tisane e anche questa è una gentilezza da me veramente gradita. La struttura si trova a un piano alto, ma la presenza dell'ascensore, seppur piccolo ( ed è normale essendo stato probabilmente aggiunto nel vano scale)...

"This unit is in a quaint old building with an elevator only a short walk to the central train station to visit cinque terre. There is a coffee shop right next door with delicious pastries. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores a short walk away. Excellent pizzaria across the street. Check in was super easy and great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again. "
