"This is a great location in La Spezia with very good access to the train station to go to Cinque Terre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Breakfast was European continental and was at a nice little cafe right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay."

We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "
