"Checked in 02/15 about 6pm, the front desk clerk was very professional and extremely polite. Checked out early 02/16 about 9am due to outage, again gentleman at front desk was also very friendly and professional. Common areas and some parts of the room were not as clean (and commode chain kept detaching). However, overall it wasn’t a bad stay."

"I stayed a week at Best Western after a terrible experience with Clarion Hotel next door. I was looking for to move to the area. The staff and management were extremely cordial. The week flew by and it felt safely than staying at the hotel next door which had homeless people roaming the parking lot.
