"Family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters (18 & 16) and we stayed here 4 nights in July 2024. You could not ask for a better location in Nice! The sea is visible from the living room and you just cross the street to be on the beach. The flat is on the first floor and is very easy to get in and out of.
