"Hotel is just a few minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Parking is available on the property. Friendly and helpful owners who upgraded us from a room with 2 beds to a superior room with 3 beds at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was no A/C but the hotel offers good value for the money."

"What a fortuitous find! The Hotel Villa les Cygnes is a small hotel, very well situated - the Musée des Beaux Arts is just down the road and the Promenade is a short walk away - and is kept impeccably clean. A very friendly welcome was continued by attentive care, informed answers to questions and helpful advice. I’ll definite Stay here again!"

"Good clean basic budget type hotel. Not easy to find though as it is off several side roads from the main promenade. There are a lot of road works near by due to a tram line under construction.
