"The property was excellent, hospitality was top rated, no issues with checkin and checkout. Walkable distance from Bsi bus terminal. Just few bits that might need attention or improvement are The room didn't have a litter bin, there was one in the toilet but a small one. The toilet door could have been better, as the current door is just a sheet of wood with sliders fixed at top, Perhaps one on slider hinges on the bottom would make it more stable. It is however an incredibly old house, which means you can hear everything - made us very aware of any noise we made - talking, walking, etc. Very glad we stayed here as was a very unique property, just something to keep in mind as felt very aware of any sounds we made. "I can't say enough good things about my stay at the Reykjavik Residence Hotel. The room was huge, had a full kitchen, a nice size living room, two TV's. It was just fantastic. The only small complaint is the shower is really small even though the bathroom was big enough for a bigger one. It's right in the heart of the city with walking access almost everywhere. The staff was amazingly attentive and arranged all of my cabs the entire trip. Iceland is an expensive place, but the quality here...
