"The hotel was very nice and clean and its in the heart of Ghent. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I cut my finger during the holiday and one of the female staff went out of her way to get me some gloves to protect my finger so i can shower. The feel inside the hotel and in the reception area is very comfortable and they provide you with unlimited hot drinks during your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"A modern, clean and spacious hotel. Our family room was fantastic, our daughter loved her bunk beds and the large cuddly toy animals left to play with. The hotel even left a rucksack and soft toy for our young son in his cot. Lovely bath, large comfy bed with TV in front. Really happy with the accommodation.
