"Our check in was seamless, the staff gave us all the info we needed including a map where she indicated what attractions were where and which we could go into. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and stocked well. Parking - we found a lot about 300m away so parked there and walked to the hotel from it, was pretty straightforward and easy. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This was a nice hotel in the center of Ghent. Everything in the area was walkable (restaurants, attractions, convenience, etc.). I loved Ghent. My trip was during August so it was the high season for tourists. I would love to come back at a less busy time. The hotel was fine (clean, safe, etc.). "On the whole it was a nice stay. Staff is super friendly. Room does not have electric kettle but a nice small functional tv was there. Usually electric kettle and tea making facilities are there in most of the budget hotels in Europe. Location is excellent and closer to the places of interest in Ghent. Accessible by public transport Team T1 from Ghent Railway station. Buffer Breakfast had good servings and sumptuous. "

"Had a good stay for four nights, but it is more of an Airbnb than a hotel. I would not prefer their reception-less method if traveling alone. Rooms are spacious and quiet, but a little dingy/dusty. Showers would not stay warm for long in the evenings but mornings were fine. We had to contact owners for more towels and toilet paper but they arrived very quickly and seemed happy to check in with us.
