"We arrived at the property after minimal contact with the owners and no greeting or information left regarding the heating, rubbish collections and local amenities. The property is in a fairly poor state of repair, which is not reflected in the images used for the advertising. Some areas of the house were very dusty and had clearly not been cleaned for many weeks. The toilet in the main bathroom was missing the cover for the flush and a huge hole hole was left, exposing the inside of the...

"Le logement était bien spacieux, au calme, proche de promenades et de choses à visiter. Idéal pour un groupe. Globalement propre (quelques taches de dentifrices présentes dans lavabo d'une des chambres), quelques prises et luminaires défectueux. Attention entre propriétaire et agence Belvilla, certains points ne sont pas en accord (cf paiement caution en espèce ou par carte de banque). Je trouve aussi TRES TRES long que le propriétaire garde la caution et ne la restitue que jusqu'à 14 jours...

"Die Villa ist geräumig und gemütlich, die Küche für 14 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten empfanden wir als sehr bequem. Der Billardtisch ist eine Bereicherung und wurde gut genutzt, wobei die Deckenhöhe im Keller für sehr große Spieler den Spielgenuss etwas eingeschränkt… macht aber trotzdem Spaß! Leider hatten wir Probleme die Sauna in Gang zu bringen. Die Lage direkt am Hohen Venn ist perfekt für Wanderungen. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen 😃"

"The house is large and comfortable with abundant hot water and all necessary amenities. Within walking distance or a short car ride to restaurants and a 30 min drive to Ypres and WW1 sites. Owner was helpful and relaxed about the house and we had a lovely stay. Very happy with the house and location overall."

"We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."

"Julien was a great host who was next door if anything was needed. Our families with seven adults and five children enjoyed comfortable accommodations in this nice home. All the amenities were available - hot tub, pool table, foosball table, etc. The home was well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. We would stay here again during another visit. Thank you ... "Garden was beautiful. With large sweeping lawns. House was good enough, a little on the small side. Pool was very cold, even on the hottest days (30°c) the water only got to 22°c. Main reason I rented the place was because of the pool, but sadly hardly got to use it."
