"From the moment we arrived and were warmly (and promptly) greeted by Jake, we knew this hotel experience was going to be stellar. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. You get the sense that every person cares deeply that you have the very best stay possible. My 11 year old absolutely loved the heated pool. We were there in early April so the combo of warm pool water and chilled air was delightful. We had sushi and Hibachi dinner at Desaki right next door; My daughter said it was "the best sushi" she ever had. I'm already planning our next visit to The Swiftwater!"

"My mom and I traveled in for an overnight stay to catch up with a friend that was in town for the weekend. There were large groups and basketball teams there for the weekend and they accommodated all. The hotel was under construction but it hardly noticed. Every encounter with staff was great, all were so friendly, courteous and helpful. Hotel has reasonable food and bar/drink options if you dont want to leave, but also has so many choices nearby. A comfortable, clean, friendly place to stay! "

"This property is at an excellent location, within walking distance of dining and shopping establishments. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are large and clean. The hotel is currently being renovated, which means it will even be better!"

"Very nice place for a reasonable rate. Two people weekend get away. We were out most of the day and just needed a place to stay overnight. Very light continental breakfast but, there is a really nice restaurant two doors down. We will stay there again next time to im Thorpe."
