"The property itself is exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated and clean. The outdoor space was very nice but weather was too cold and rainy for us to fully appreciate. We found a few “broken” elements within the space - batteries in TV remote were dead, dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work. Sliding door to balcony was off its track - fixed by my husband. Door hinge on downstairs bathroom was partially detached so had to pull up and push door to close. There are two train tracks that...

"We had a great stay at this location. We felt safe with the gate and other condos nearby. The area could have been better and the condo could have been cleaner. But overall, there were great amenities, we had everything we needed, and communication with the property manager was very smooth."

"Locks on door broken check in was 3.5 late (7:30pm). Landed at airport at 12noon. Torture. Very strange smell in condo (dead animal or sulfur gas leak) had to have windows open never fixed. Management was responding but never resolved either problem. Group of 10 not many other options on short notice. Hirr"

"Stay was great, location was perfect. As I saw in other reviews, the cleaning lady was there till 5:40 and our check-in was at 4, so we had a stranger wandering around as we were getting settled. She was nice and apologized for being there. The 2 king suites were very nice, the double room was nice as well but the king bed sharing a jack and jill bathroom needs a matteess, never slept on such an uncomfortable bed in my life. We bought a foam mattress topper just to make it a little better....
