Available on short notice in East Nashville, a safe and friendly part of town.Positives:- Convenient to sites of interest for outdoorsy types (Percy Warner Park, Two Rivers Greenway) or city types (downtown--binder with recommendations on dresser)- Courtesy of having the place completely heated up with all lights on when I arrived- Warm, both literally and in the decor- Communication with the host was timely and courteous and very helpful on most things. "The property is exactly as it was stated. Something to know is that if you go in the very cold winter time, the top floor is plenty warm but the main floor is noticeably cooler. There is a space heater we could have used, but we just stayed in our bedrooms the whole time. It was so cold that we left the faucets running all day while we were gone, and the water meter still froze and then busted. We had to book a hotel room for a one night stay just so we could use their water to use the bathroom...
