"Spacious newly renovated house, comfortable beds, updated kitchen and bathrooms, at the end of a quiet street. We had everything we needed as a family of 4. We will plan to stay here again next visit to the Nashville area!"

"The property itself is very nice, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The Host was very easy to contact and communicate with. We did have a few concerns about the neighborhood upon arrival, it is a transitional neighborhood. During our stay we had no issues and it was a quite peaceful area."

" The beds were comfortable, loved the sheets, living quarters were great and the house was great. Sadly the week before we left for our trip there was severe flooding, though this was not anyone’s fault it was unfortunate that the dock ramps were under water and unusable. Then another unfortunate event, a severe cold front with snow. The neighbor kids took over the yard and street for sledding. The weather was just awful, my daughter’s boyfriend fell on the ice loading the car, it was a mess....
