"This hotel is amazing, especially if you are going on a cruise as it is right next door to pier. The room was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. Travis checked us in and he upgraded our room as we were much earlier than the check in time. Travis also gave us a voucher for an appetizer at Katie’s, which is fresh seafood restaurant. We waited about thirty minutes, yes it was well worth the wait. This hotel provides a reasonable price shuttle service to the ship as well. You can actually walk to the pier as it is literally that close. This will be the only hotel I will book when I leave out of Galveston. "

"We loved our stay at the Tremont. We were there to board a cruise ship the next day. Everyone was exceptional! We got extra special attention especially with my Mom who uses a walker! The elevator to the sidewalk was perfect. Lori gave us a private tour and Jarvis was so attentive to my mom. Thank you for a very memorable time in Galveston!"
