A difficult time checking in and with reservation. Staff requested me to resolve issue and called my room 3x. Some of the issue was on their end however. Good options were nil. No kids menu and breakfast was far too expensive for a buffet.

I didn't like that the room was very dated and tired. The carpet was worn out; there was rust in the bathroom, really crappy caulking, and the ceiling access panel was falling. That's not what I expect from a Hilton brand hotel.

It's an old hotel, 40 years I believe, it has a constant musty odor, we arrived at 2:30, check is 4:00 so they wanted to charge a extra $75 for "early checkin". That didnt impress me at all!!!
