"Nice house. Exceptionally clean, well furnished, quality beds, beautiful woodwork, thoughtful amenities (coffee pods, lots of clean towels, electric space heaters and extra blankets in the rooms should you want to close the door at night but still be toasty, etc.). And no personal items of the owner filling closets or anywhere else. The house entrance literally lines up with a patch to a gorgeous, huge beach. Not a single person there when we went to explore. "

"The location is ideal! We liked that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. My only complaints are that there isn’t enough seating in the living space and no extra blankets. Other than that, was perfect. "

"We had a lovely stay at this property and truly enjoyed our time on the Mendocino Coast! The home is comfortable and reasonably well appointed and the view is wonderful. A couple of things that don’t necessarily detract from the rating, but would be things I would want to know before staying here:- Kitchen is reasonably well appointed and adequate for basic meals. "We’re already planning return stays. It’s such a great place and is better in person than in the photos. The location is perfect with a few steps you are on the beach. The house is very comfortable with lots of different hang out areas and amazing views. The bedrooms above the garage make for a great kids wing of the house. Some reviews mentioned cleanliness but it was spotless when we arrived. Very happy with everything. Definitely coming back!!"
