The location is awesome but, the place is not. Save your money or book a room at the beachcomber instead! The rooms are dated, the carpet doesn't match with the bed, everything has a different decor. The worst thing was no staff to help from 9pm to 8 am. Our room had a water leak coming from the top floor. We couldn't get any help and when we told the front desk person the next day, he said he will let management know. They didn't apologize, didn't try to make it right or anything. I won't be coming back to this place.

Room was cold only had on 10x10wall heater. Didn't use hot tub, because of the cold.And the remote to fire place quit working.no heat from that either!

Having a fireplace and a jetted tub in our room was awesome. Especially during the off-season when it's super cold outside but you still want to enjoy the ocean. The view was spectacular. Had a great stay.

The location you can’t beat! So much too walk and hike. The coffee maker didn’t work at plug nor fridge( room 40). The heater put out some good heat. Beds comfortable! Nice hot shower. The decor is cool. We enjoyed our stay!

Property assigned us to a first floor room, which was fine for first night. Nights 2,3,4 management assigned room above to a herd of antsy elephants. Reported noise to Office & was told all rooms are booked & that new carpets had been installed- resulting in elephant cacophony. Apparently, the thing to do is to request a 2nd Floor room!

You may see a lot of reviews regarding the decor of the rooms...look at the pics; it's...eclectic. Gaudy pops up in many reviews. But bottom line is that the rooms, particularly any 2nd floor ones, have a nice deck and spectacular views. And it is steps away from the ocean
