"Loved our time at Ramada and would definitely go back. Great value for money and great facilities. Just an issue with one of the loos not flushing but it was seen to straight away. Unfortunately it did happen again but as we had two it wasn’t a big problem. "

"Maria @reception was my favourite, helpful friendly, she made time to speak to me. I valued E103, my nest for 5 left vely days. Having requested a quiet location, it was perfect. There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. "It’s a lovely clean quiet complex. It’s at the top of a hill so the walk up can be challenging but the views once you get there are great. Make sure you get an ocean view room. "

"Lovely, professional reception staff. Evening entertainment could be improved. The entertainment finishes at 10pm and then silence! Too much time spent on childrens disco with very little entertainment for the adults who are actually paying to be entertained. Background music at the very least should be playing for the enjoyment of guests who are on holiday!"

One bedroom apartments have different standards of balcony --- some are large & some are relatively small --- some have lots of sunshine & some very little --- pot luck which you get. Not keen on the regulated pool/sunbed scheme."

"First time staying, seen the complex walking around, rooms spacious, tip get ones with a terrace got sun beds on. Pools ok but think if this place was packed not enough room around pool areas. Eating couldn’t ask for more choice surrounding area and complex full of different bars, overall very pleasant stay."

"This is a well Kept timeshare property, and the room was wonderful. The bed was especially comfortable, and there were plenty of linens, dishes, etc. available. It was clean, and the location was great right near shopping, etc. across the street. The pool and hot tub are lovely, and the staff friendly."

"Amazing attention to detail! Extremely clean, admnd has everything you could need. My only major concern was there was no lock on the balcony doors, and a very low balcony wall, so there is a very high risk for children on the higher floors. PLEASE fit locks on balcony doors!"

Tenerifes top hotel.

"Recently refurbished and what a great hotel. Fantastic facilities and great pools. Free breakfast with everything you can think of available. Very friendly staff and 3 restaurants on site. Alcohol and soft drink prices were also very reasonably priced. Let’s to do with entertainment during the day and evening. Will come back later this year."

"Really lovely stay. Would recommend greatly if you're looking for a relaxing / do nothing and switch off kind of holiday. Hotel is spotless, and spoilt for choice at buffet. Staff all very friendly. Views are wonderful. Not much to do outside of hotel is the only negative. "

"Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "
