"The hotel is in an excellent location. Very safe and close to dining and shopping as well as metro stations. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen which was great for breakfast items. The staff were incredible, especially the Manager, Nic. He was able to get us an early check-in and a bottle of wine as we were celebrating our honeymoon. "The location of the hotel is in the business area, but it was great for us to be able to walk to malls and shopping areas near by as well as lots of dining options. "Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home"
