"Originally booked 1 night and ended up staying for 3. Really wonderful hostel in a beautiful building. Rooms are clean and comfortable and everything works well. The location is fine, if not ideal--lots of grocery stores nearby though not restaurants, 13-min walk from the metro, and centrally located between Copa and north Rio--which I think helps keep the price great. The common areas are quite nice, if not particularly social. Thanks for a great stay."

"Two sinks and two showers for 30 guys - terrible. Smells like "dirty feet and sweat" spirit. Staff friendly and helpful but the overall experience is bad. Will not stay there again. It is too tight and the cleanliness must be improved."

"The location is very good. Few minutes walking and you will find stores, banks, restaurants, everything. The hoster is very kind, however still needs to improve offering a little more comfort to visitor as of more than one pillow per person, more then half toilet paper roll and other things normally offered by the hoster."

"Location was fantastic! The apartment was simple with all the basics needed. The hot water was come and go. And the check-out process was a bit tricky, as it was too early for the host. A safe and easy way to check in/out without the host should be put in place. "
