"We had a great stay at Jam Hotel. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel has a secure luggage room also which we could keep our bags in until check-in/ they did offer for us to keep them after check-out too. The hotel has great public areas, I would definitely make use of the rooftop bar! We loved the decoration of the whole hotel and found everywhere to be really clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here on their trip to Lisbon. "

"We had a great stay, away from other tourists in a neighborhood brimming with local charm (and peaceful). Be ready for steps and hills, but that’s life in Lisbon. Restaurants and groceries in easy walking distance, and hustle of tourist area less than 30 minutes walking or closer by ride share. Great view of the river and well appointed accommodations with room to spread out, and Henrique even offered to take us to Sintra (extra), which was a fantastic day in itself. Highly recommend!"

"Already from the street entrance one could see the very nice place, The wooden staircase to the third floor already made us feeling at home. The apartment was great. Very clean. Furnished well. Equipped with everything that we needed. The neighbourhood was calm and easy to travel from and to. We loved the stay there and would recommend it with five stars"

"We were unable to arrange to check in a half hour early (2:30pm instead of 3pm) so had to wait with our bags outside. When the rep arrived she said we had to leave the flat for several hours as the cleaners had not prepared it - beds were unmade, and the place not cleaned. We refused and they offered us one free day in compensation. The flat is cute, well-provisioned, in a good location, but large insects kept appearing on the walls and floor. Turns out they were cockroaches which didn't run...
